We have a no return or exchange policy. 

Please ensure that you have accurately selected the items in your order. All personalizations requests are done through customer submitted text, so please ensure your text is grammatically correct. In the event that your are not satisfied with your order, please reach out to us, and we will review your order.  

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@minidonum.ca - if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and ensure that it is corrected.
